Current Sports Programs Available

Adult & Junior Tennis
Here's your chance to pick up some tennis basics! The Basic Tennis Courses introduce you to proper tennis gears, attire (suitable shoes & caps / visors), rules and ettiquette of the game. Learners will also be introduced to the basic serve, strokes of forehand, backhand, footwork, as well as simple techniques and strategies to enjoy a social game of tennis. Lessons include review and correction sessions, practices & games. Classes available for both children & adults. Interested participants please call 68724258 or email enquiry@palo.com.sg.

Adult Swim
Swimming is a great way to keep fit! Through our Adult Swim program, participants go through a systematic process of learning this sport. From the basics of proper breath control in the aquatic environment, moving and submerging, floatation and recovery, participants eventually move on to become confident and water-safe, and should be able to swim independently in at least one proper swim stroke for 25 metres. This is a perfect course for those who are totally beginners or does not know how to swim any proper stroke. (Strokes Refinary & Intermediate level courses are also available.)
